We hereby transfer the DEPB/Import Licence absolutely in
your favour in accordance with Export & Import Policy
in force.
We confirm that we have received the full and final compensation
for transferring the DEPB/Import licence in your favour. We
shall have no right or claim of whatsoever nature on the above
stated transferable DEPB/ Import licence henceforth.
You may operate the said DEPB/Import licence and the goods
thus imported in accordance with the import policy in force
for your sole benefit. In the event of any penalties / damages
/ demurrages / losses on account of mis-utilisation &
/ or incontravention of rules & procedures, in any manner,
in respect of abovesaid licence, either made by you or your
transferee, we will not be responsible for the same in any
manner and we shall not owe any responsibility for the same.
