iii) Stage wise details of the net content in the : As under
resultant products with complete justification
thereof.
Step -1 Raw Material Suppliers:
Raw materials suppliers are identified from the domestic & international
market. They are scrutinized for their ability to supply regularly
consistent quality as per samples approved.
Step- 2 : Raw Material Procurement :
As per purchase order recd. and on the basis of estimation of future
orders, suitable raw materials have to be procured. Enquiries are
made with vendors & Raw materials suppliers and as per availability,
orders.
Step -3 : Quality Controls & Impurities :
The raw materials thus procured are then passed to the in-house
quality controls lab for testing of various quality controls parameters.
Once the raw materials passes all the quality controls tests, they
are issued for actual processing.
Step 4 : Milling Operation :
The approved raw materials is passed on for Milling Operation, where
the raw materials subjected to impact in a milling machine. Due
to the impact, the raw materials is broken down into required sizes.
Step 5: Sieving Operation :
After the Milling Operation, the material is sieving filters and
the required sizes are segregated for further. The rejected sizes
are reintroduced in the Milling Operation for further size reduction.
Step 6 : Crushing Operation:
After obtaining the required sizes from the Milling Machines, the
materials is subjected to high speed crushing in crushers. The crushing
operation, gives shape & precise sizing to the materials.
Step 7 : Sieving Operation :
After the Sieving Operation, the materials is sieved in sieving
filters and the required sizes are segregated for further operations.
The rejected sizes are reintroduced in the Crushing Operation for
further processing.
Step 8 : Pre-Cleaning Shape -Sorting Operation :
After the required sizes are obtained from the Crushing Operation.
The materials is introduced in the shape -Sorting Machines, where
the materials is sorted according to it's shape into different parts.
The required shapes are removed for further operation and the rejected
shapes are returned to the Crushing Operation.
Step 9 :Boiling & Cleaning Operation:
The required are Boiled& Cleaned in suitable acids. This operation
is for removal of impurities and foreign materials.
Step 10: Drying Operation :
After the materials is cleaned & boiled thoroughly, the materials
is introduced onto Hot Drying Plates for the drying operation.
Step11 : Final Sieving Operation :
The dried materials is introduced once again in sieving filter for
precise sizing. This operation is mandatory for achieving the required
quality as per international standards.
Step 12 : Final Shape -Sorting Operation :
The sieved materials is introduced once again to the shape-sorting
machines for precise grading of sizes. This operation is mandatory
for achieving the required quality as per international standards.
Step 13: Final Quality Controls Procedures:
The selected materials form the shape-sorting operation are introduced
for the final quality controls procedures. These procedures are
Single Crystal Toughness(SCT) test both at room temperature and
at 900 degree Celsius & Crystal classification Test. All the
above procedures are carried using state-of-the-arts, fully automated
& computerized.
Step 14 : Packing & Labeling :
All the batches passing the final quality controls procedures are
weighed & package in bottles of different sizes and appropriately
labeled. The bottles are then sealed in temper-proof material using
shrink packing concept.
Step 15 : Warehousing & Shipping :
The sealed bottles are sent to the security warehouse for safe keeping.
After receipt of order form customers, the appropriate materials
are shipped to customers.
